Many experiences posted on this board aren't positive (yes I am an offender).
What I would like to do is recognise Hagwons that are good to work for. Employer of Choice may seem like an alien concept to some of us, but lets hear some good stories. In the current economic climate lets show Hagwons that looking after employees is good for their business, not just an extra cost.
Maybe ATEK could relaunch itself positively by taking up this initiative.
