Well, less than 2 weeks, I'll be in flying to Korea again.
I want to get a cell phone as soon as I land. I know you can rent a cell phone at the airport but when i get my permanent phone, do I have to return the phone to the airport? Or can it be dropped off somewhere else?

I'm pretty sure you would be able to drop it off at an outlet in your city. I know there is an LG booth in Incheon. Get one there and logically you should be able to bring it back anywhere with your paperwork and completed payment. Also, check airport info, rental phone etc. on Google. It's your friend, you know.
