I need to buy a ring size adjuster for a ring I was just given 
(One of those metal things that slip on the back of the ring band...is tightened with pliers) My ring is a bit big and I am really afraid I will lose it. I need to buy it ASAP.
Can I walk into any place that sells jewelry, like Mini Gold in Gangnam? Or do I need to go to a more professional jeweler and buy one?
Also, does anyone know the name for it in Korean?

Went to a small jeweler in a plaza near my school. The lady didn't carry the size adjusters.  |
