If I get canned for no good reason, 2 months before my contract's up and I file a complaint with immi, what actually happens? Has anyone done this before? I have never had any written "warnings" from them, but arguments (especially with a co-teacher)- but work performance has been very good- I have quit 2 times and asked to come back both times.

Where can someone get legal info here?

Nothing will happen if you file a complaint with Immi; except, 'officer Kimberly' will laugh at you for trying to - they couldn't 'give a shit' about your problem.

You may want to file a complaint with the Labor Relations Commission. Wink

As pointed out, Immigration won't care about your situation. Unless *YOU* break Immigration law, they won't care what happens to you. Your situation falls under the purview of the Labor Board, not Immigration.
