Do they chuck on bandwidth limits in Korea? Like 20GB/month or something?

I couldn't get any useful information out of my cable guy, he thought I was asking about speed :S

You're from NZ, right? I was paying 40 bucks for a 1GB cap back in 07. Just checked the Telecom web site and you still only get 3GB for that price now. And that's for 128kbps! Here I'm paying $40 for 100Mb line with no cap. And people say I'm getting ripped off! What are the rest of you paying?

Holy shit, that's barely 4 full-length movies at the minimum acceptable quality. You couldn't even get one season of a tv show in under 3GB.

Heres a link to the pricing and plans. Telecommunications in NZ are royally fuct. Decades of corporate mis-management and mis-guided govt intervention. Mostly the latter.

Hard to get economies of scale in an area twice the size of Korea with only 4mil people, mind you.
