I am just curious as to what would happen if one of the big chains was in trouble.
Would they wait to pay severance until the next payday?
Would they try to pay overtime 2 months late?
Would they tell you that sick pay is paid at the end of the contract?
Would they reduce pension contributions?
Would they give reduced tax refunds?
Would they be trying to abolish severance in new contracts?
Would they short pay their language test teachers?
Would they refuse to pay teachers who had completed extra work because the client didn't pay?
As one off instances these circumstances don't look bad but when you group them all together they would paint a rather shocking picture in western companies.
Does anyone have a view?
