Yes, it's tough to watch a Youtube vid on Saturdays, especially on Saturday nights. I guess the PC bangs are in full swing tonight so the local bandwidth and servers are too full of gaming traffic. I also get many slowdowns on weeknights, but not as bad as Saturday. I have KT Megapass.

Any ideas on gaining the super high speed internet Korea is well known for? It's slower than my cable internet at home was. I'm an avid Youtube video watcher.

Maybe you're bandwidth is being hijacked? Either by spyware or people in your appt block poaching your internet connection.
