5million key money, rent is 600,000won per month.
it's nice, clean apartment on second floor of 3stories building that has 1 big bedroom, livingroom, large bathroom with a bathtub, kitchen and dinning room.
it is located right by the bridge between Haebangchon and Kyunggidan. (Itaewon1-dong).

all kinds of good restraunts are around. and also there's a bus stop 10 feet away from the front door which has buses to Gangnam area and Jongno. and the subway station(Noksapyung) is 5 mins away.

It's perfect for single/couples, only one door in a floor.
I'm posting this because I had a temporary contract with the landlord but for a personal reason had to cancel it and get a new person to move in.
