I made the mistake of getting highlights at a salon that wasn't Toni & Guy in Seoul. Needless to say, 130,000w and 3+ hours later I managed to go from orange, to just plain brassy. And don't even get me started on the placement.
I just want to tone the highlights to a lighter brown (level 7 or  using a toner to minimize damage and without changing the base color. I like the base color.
Anyone currently toning their hair either at home or in a Salon, or know how to go about doing this? |
