| I was planning on applying for my ARC tomorrow morning, and my school wants me to come back at 12:10. If I get to the branch at about 9:00/9:15ish, will I be able to make it back in time, or am I SOL? Someone told me if I wasn't there by 8:30 then I might as well not go; I'm hoping this was a gross exaggeration. |

| I've been trying to do just that, but to book a reservation you need to have an ARC number -- stupid as that sounds. I also tried signing up as a short-term foreigner twice, but my accounts are not being recognized for some reason. It keeps saying there's no user with that name and that the password is incorrect. |

And of course now that the site has decided to work for me today, all the reservations are booked. Fabulous. That also does not bode well for tomorrow.
I guess I'll have to wait it out. Anyone know if that's feasible, or am I pretty much screwed? |
