| hi, are there any mobile phone contracts out there that are cheap and I don't have to pay any sort of a connection fee. I'm skint so for now a connection fee would be out of the question. thanks for any responses. |

| LG offers a plan for foreigners that doesn't have a connection fee. I may be wrong, but I think they're the only company that does. |
