What makes you think you have been blacklisted?

I believe the only people who would know if you were blacklisted would be the school you worked for, and if you were successfully blacklisted would be immigration.

I don't believe that you will get the information you want from either of those sources. I would say the best way to find out is to apply for a position, and if you receive a visa issuance number then you weren't blacklisted.

Why wouldn't immigration tell you if you were blacklisted?

It is entirely possible that immigration would tell the OP. However, most times I have delt with immigration, they haven't been very helpful.

By all means, the OP should try to call immigration and find out, I just don't believe they will tell him/her.

Here is the immigration phone number: 02-2650-6221

Is there really a blacklist? Also, if there is blacklist what exactly can they blacklist you for? Would leaving a job before your contract be enough to get blacklisted or would you have to commit a crime while in Korea, like get caught with illegal drugs or something?

Provence, leaving your job before your contract is up will NOT get you
blacklisted. Committing a crime would do the trick...overstaying your
ARC and/or VISA makes a new visa difficult, but I'm not sure you're blacklisted.
