I'd like to make my own red & white wine from those kits, are they available in Korea, particularly Busan/Masan/Changwon?
(I mean this kind of thing):

If you get around to making it, how about documenting the process and progress on homebrewkorea.com ? |

I may... frankly I'm not much for documenting but if I find myself doing anything the least bit out of the ordinary I'll try to take a few pics at least and make a few comments. I've made wine and beer from kits before, back in the Motherland, and I didn't do too much out of the usual kit routine... no wait... for the final few batches of beer we were using an extra kilogram of the darkest malt we could buy, because I wanted to make something dark; and we also used a live yeast culture ... a portion of which we saved in the fridge for each new batch. Then we'd bring it to life again with warm water and honey.
As for the wine, no innovations.
(Great link that, thanks again.) |
