Why is it a year ago every youtube video would play on command, but now they inevitably skip and stop as the playing catches up with the loading? My internet connection is no slower, is in fact faster. Does everyone have this problem? |

They're streaming from north america or outside Korea. A little while ago there was a big news article about some damage to the underseas cables. I don't know if they've ever fixed that. But I think since that time streaming has been less than ideal. |
