I was waiting for my ride to school this morning and couldn't believe the Korean man I met delivering beer who speaks some lmited English. Being a weight lifter myself who wants big chisled muscles, I couldn't help noticing how perfectly lean sculpted the beer man is. I'm a softy with less defined muslces due to a fat layer from eating too much. He loads and unloads truckloads of beer 6 days a week many hours each day. All that powerlifting of Hite beer and a restricted diet built this man like a professional athlete made of chisled granite rock. Unbelievable as I'd never seen such perfected physical fitness achieved and defnitely not in a blue collar worker. Many workers are strong men, but don't look perfect like a high work, but you can tell this delivery man is smart too. I wish I had a pic to show you why I'm amazed about a beer delivery man.
You don't see Koreans like this every day nor Westerners either; only on TV sometimes. I can't even find a picture to compare and demostrate the high definition chisled, but huge muscles of this dude has with perfect symetry and proportion that works. I've never seen anything like it. He looks super human!
If he went to Hollywood or get in with producers somewhere, he'd definitely be in the movies. If I looked like that, I'd get out there and make some serious money. Inspires me to get on a calerie restriction diet to get the most out of my workouts. |

Come to think of it, the Ilsan connection might mean this lad was driven to become an immi officer!

Frankly Mr Shankly, I was expecting this kind of unintellectual post to come from some of you, if not all of you. No, I'm not a gay bot, I'm talking about the incredible physical fitness achievement that inspires me. It took inumerable hard work and dedication on his part to achieve what he became.

Uh, I didn't consider that steroids could be the reason for such an impressive image, because what he is, is so so highly unusual. You just don't get like this from 2 hours a day in the gym or even by doing manual labor all day. I know! When I was army, I used to workout 4 to 6 hours a day like many others and none of us were like the guy I seen this morning.

If you had 0% body fat, you would be dead. Even 2% is too low for normal functions to continue for long. Around 5% or so some problems start including constipation, blurring of vision, painful to walk or stand for long (the natural padding on your feet is gone) and other nice issues like that. Those professional BB'ers you see in magazines only manage to keep their condition long enough for contest day and a photo shoot then it disappears.

Genetics is the number one reason, then hard work then eating right and resting enough. Steroids will only take you so far. |
