I just got a job offer to teach elementary in the afternoons and adults at a company in the evenings. One employer who outsources. I wonder if this is allowed now and has anything to do with what you're talking about. |

the newspsper article was vague; does it mean E-2 visa hohders are free to teach company classes after their day job (and keep all the money from the extra classes) , or does it simply mean that their visa sponsor/employer can now legally pimp them out to companies/gov't agencies and just pay them an overtime rate (or not)?
Anyone know? |
