Format C:
Depending on where you work, it may not be possible to use the internet without running it. There are some programs that certain LANs force you to use. You can uninstall them, then you will be taken to the download/install page next time you try to go online. |

Such is the case where I work. I had to leave the policy agent installed. It wouldn't let me uninstall it anyway.
I got rid of the anti-virus part by uninstalling in safe mode. |

Ya, I think I was able to get rid of the anti virus part but when I try and uninstall the rest I just redirected to the windows log in screen. |
