| It looks like I am going to start graduate school this fall, and my classes will probably start a couple weeks before the end of my public school contract (8/31). So I was thinking I would try to negotiate for some of the end of contract benefits if I stay through the semester, or teach a camp in the summer and then leave. Has anyone tried to do this? How about taking the summer vacation at the end of the contract and not coming back? |

That's your only option unless you are willing to forego severance and airfare. |
