A lot of people don't need to book across Seoul or head out in the country.
I would definately be interested in that scooter because:
1. My school is only 3 blocks away, yet the freaking bus take 20 minutes to get there. Traffic in Gangnam is no joke, so a taxi would take 15 minutes, but end up costing 5000w for a 2 kilometer trip.
2. A scooter would take me to school in 5 minutes.
3. A scooter would get me to an eMart, Subway station, and a ton of restaurants/stores in 5-10 minutes.
I don't need 400 CC's to take me around a 2 kilometer radius of my place of residence. |

When you are running late, every second counts.
Especially here in Korea where you are automatically deemed lazy if you show up for work 5 min. late. Doesn't matter how hard you work in your classroom. |
