Major news networks rarely even touch on the situation in West Papua but the BBC is airing two segments based on footage shot and smuggled out of West Papua. Unfortunately the long version is only available to people in England but this shorter 5 minute version can be viewed by anyone.

Hopefully more light will be drawn to this issue. |

thanks very much for posting this. I've been following news about Papau for some years - their lands and resources have been decimated by greed - not an unusual story - glad to see coverage of the resistance but of course, they'll be labeled as subversives and atrocities will continue.
