I found that there's an Apple reseller in Seomyeon and a shop for repairs named UBASE in Busan. ANyone have experience with either? My hard-drive is damaged, or at worse completely blown, and in need of replacement. Busan is closer to me so I'm trying not to go to Seoul for this. Thanks for ANY info you can give me about Apple repairs in Busan. I'm beyond warranty, sadly.

I am still in the states and had a similar thing happen to me with my macbook. I was under warranty but the replacement cost for the Hard drive was just over $125. If I recall the cost for repair was $45. Of course under warranty I paid nothing but that was the cost here. Hope this gives you a clearer picture of what it would cost without warranty.

Thanks.

UPDATE: I just had the best service experience at UBASE in Busan. I went in for a new hard-drive. The price was 150,000 won. That included an upgrade to Leopard too. And the guy was nice enough to replace my chipped keyboard with a less-chipped keyboard for free. I didn't ask for that. I feel like I have a new MacBook! It was done in under 2 hours I think.
