I am currently planning on going to south Korea to teach English, after reading up on what information is required for an E-2 visa it says that you have to submit a signed health statement form, in which it questions your narcotic use etc etc. I no longer take drugs and have no intention to, but used to when I was at university. what I am wondering is, is it best to be honest about my past drug use I'm not talking hard drugs by the way, and if I am honest will it stop me getting a visa. I was wondering if anyone could give me advice on this matter, I'm just wondering if my past will come back to haunt me. any advice will be greatly appreciated |

Yes just make a basic list of the drugs you have done eg:
1 - .......................
2- .......................
3- .......................
Just say something along the lines you were young and foolish and still are! |

Don't bloody tell them! Why tell them if the drugs are not in your blood stream? |

Just tick the 'never used narcotics, etc" box. I think this thread is a good candidate for deletion. Like really, use common sense. |
