What is the best way to go about buying a refundable plane ticket? I'd like to buy one which I can be sure to refund. Suggestions? Pitfalls to avoid? |

Delta in Korea (and maybe international offices) offer refundable tickets on their website. You can even choose "refundable" when you search.
Their policy is great. Refunds don't net a fee or charge and are processed with a couple of days.
Delta in the USA makes you wait "up to 6 weeks," but it usually happens within 4 weeks. |
