Since no one answered, it's an unknown. I guess we'll be waiting longer or just simply waiting until the underground based train comes to a station you're standing in. Hopefully, plenty of Christians will be providing bus and train services as they don't recognize Buddhas Birthday. I don't think we'll have a service outage problem.

My question is: Will extra trains run to accommodate the expected 10 million people turnout for HI Seoul festival and parade on Saturday near City Hall?
