"In the case of contract (both new and renewed) that is less than one year, Employer does not pay for Employee's return flight".
The contract dates on my contract are from March 1, 2009 to Feb 28, 2010 even though I am not starting till late this month... will I or will I not be able to get my airfare paid?
Also... "Any and all fees, charges, costs, taxes, expenses, etc. incurred in using the housing shall be borne by _____________"
Should it be the Employer or Employee paying for this.
That's all!! Thank you for your help. I have to send this thing off pretty quick. These were the only things that concerned me. |

Paid. I started in July - 4 months late - and came on my own and still got my ticket refunded. BUT make sure you have it in writing that you will be getting your airfare paid. SMOE is basically trustworthy but you can never be too careful. |

| Came in April last year, finished in Feb., got the ticket home. They wrote the exact same on my contract that I signed as well...March 1 to Feb. 28. No worries. |
