90 percent sure yes. Every year/contract you have to submit one. Even if you have not left the country of Korea.

If you have time to apply for a new job and E2 visa in Korea after your contract expires, you won't have to submit a new CRC document - just a copy of the original one along with a copy of the original medical report. Your school probably can provide you with these. But you'd have only 14 days to do it. Once we leave Korea to apply back home, a new CRC is required. You may have to extend your ARC before you finish your current job. I don't know what your situation is. Call this number and speak to an immigration counsellor: 1345 ext.3. Cool

Interesting.

When I asked about a three day extension I was told to put in all the new documents.

However I was on the old system. Are you on the new system or the old system?
