Hello,

When I came to Korea I came with a friend and we each carried one of my cats as carry on luggage. Now I am preparing to go back to the US and I might not have someone to travel with this time. I was wondering if anyone had any advice for getting my cats back to America safely and without costing an arm and a leg.
Thanks

It depends on the airline. My husband and I brought 2 cats from the US on Korean Air but they rode in cargo (which worked out really well--my cats did great). However, I know that with Korean Air each passenger is only allowed 1 pet, unless you can put them both in the same carrier.

Unless you can find an airline that does not have a restriction on the number of pets per passenger, your best bet would probably be one of the companies that specialize in "shipping" pets. It can be pretty expensive, but it may be your only option.

Good luck.
