ok, so I'm about to sign a contract with GEPIK.
I already had an interview and they offered me the job.
I will be going back to the school on April 1st to sign the contract, then promptly head over to the house that the current NET is living in to "check the condition."

after the interview I had asked to see the house, and they said they couldn't show it to me because it was during school hours.
So I asked for the name of the apartment and they gave it to me, and then i went to a realtor nearby the housing and asked to see the cheapest unit in the same building. the place was f_cking beautiful.

my question is, before i sign the contract, should I demand to see the housing? I mean how different could it be from the units I saw with the realtor, right? right.........?

I can't imagine your future employers being too thrilled with your demanding things before you even sign the contract. Why couldn't you just talk to the teacher already there?
