Is this a real newspaper? It seems like a comedy zine.

Headline News: Korea to Upgrade Global Image. LOL

I've read many English newspapers in my travels, but never seen one that seemed to lack professionalism and left me giggling. Are westerners producing this newspaper or is it Korean college students? What a joke. If it's young students, I understand. Gotta give em' some credit as it contributes something to English in Korea. I still miss traditional paper papers as they're absent outside of Seoul as far as I've seen. I hear newspapers are beginning to become extinct at home too. No zines either, but we got the internet.

I still take a look at it regurly, but mostly go to MSN for news and some newspaper sites at home.
