Where is a good place to go in August? I want to avoid Thailand, Philippines, and similar warm places because it'll just be too hot; I'd like to go someplace comfortably warm with some beautiful scenery and good food, but I want to stay in Asia.
Any suggestions? |

Might check out Dokdo.
Maybe Japan might be a more viable choice. I always wanted to see the snow capped Mt. Fuji with the bullet train zipping by. Perhaps a robot show. Summer is still too far away, it couldn't come a moment too soon.  |
