Is it possible to get a 30-day exit order with no alien card? I started this job January 5th and they gave me 60 days notice at the beginning of February. Since I didn't want to pay for a medical to get my alien card, I figured why bother and just get an ARC my next job.
My visa expires April 5th. My last teaching day is March 31st, so normally, with an ARC at least, I could cancel my card and stay in the country until April 30th. Now I'm unsure if I can do the same without an ARC. |
