I just bought an Ipod Touch about 2 weeks ago and it's gone wacky on me. Is it possible to repair it under the Apple Warranty in Korea? IF so, where would this be at?

Define whacky. It's likely a software problem.

I had problems with my iMAC when I first came to Korea. It was covered under the warranty/protection plan I purchased. They drove all the way out to my place (outside of Seoul), fixed it, brought it back in 3 days. I love Apple.

Yeah, so...I accidentally washed my iPod touch and now it won't turn on. I let the thing dry for about a week, but I'm thinkin' it's a goner.

I bought it in Korea just a few months ago. I believe it came with some sort of warranty (which I saved, but haven't looked at...I assume it's in Korean, could be wrong, though). Any chance I can salvage this thing or get a replacement? Anyone know?

Much appreciated.

Thanks for the replies. It keeps freezing on me. I'll try and work it out.

Dan... i looked on the apple website today and all Ipods after 2006 have "water" sensors installed in them and the warranty will not cover a replacement due to that type of damage. Sad

my 2006 iPod died in Korea.

my 2005 i Book died in Korea.

i went to the Apple Service Centre in Yongsan, took me two hours to find it, but I did. it was too costly to get them fixed.
