I just bought an Ipod Touch about 2 weeks ago and it's gone wacky on me. Is it possible to repair it under the Apple Warranty in Korea? IF so, where would this be at? |

I had problems with my iMAC when I first came to Korea. It was covered under the warranty/protection plan I purchased. They drove all the way out to my place (outside of Seoul), fixed it, brought it back in 3 days. I love Apple. |

Yeah, so...I accidentally washed my iPod touch and now it won't turn on. I let the thing dry for about a week, but I'm thinkin' it's a goner.
I bought it in Korea just a few months ago. I believe it came with some sort of warranty (which I saved, but haven't looked at...I assume it's in Korean, could be wrong, though). Any chance I can salvage this thing or get a replacement? Anyone know?
Much appreciated. |

Thanks for the replies. It keeps freezing on me. I'll try and work it out.
Dan... i looked on the apple website today and all Ipods after 2006 have "water" sensors installed in them and the warranty will not cover a replacement due to that type of damage. |

my 2006 iPod died in Korea.
my 2005 i Book died in Korea.
i went to the Apple Service Centre in Yongsan, took me two hours to find it, but I did. it was too costly to get them fixed. |
