so... when you talk , the voice of yourself you are hearing is the voice of you heard by other people? or is it different? Because one guy told me that if you block your ear and then listen to your voice that's your voice heard by other people. i wanna slap him in the face because this confuses me.

When you speak, you get to hear a lot of the resonating directly within your head. It kind of messes things up. Also, as you're never sitting directly in front of yourself, you only hear your spoken voice when it is bounced off of other surfaces. Closing your ears knocks out the outside sound, and just leaves the inside sound. The exact opposite of what the guy said.

If you want to hear yourself like other people do, get a really nice audio recorder.

check your computer - a lot of media players such as quicktime have a built in recorder and if there's a mike already installed you can do that.
