|

Hey now that its warming up I was wondering is there anywhere around or in Seoul with a public basketball league a 22 year old could join? I have only been here a month and live in Anyang but I would like to play. If not consistent pickup games would suffice. |

I'm in for some pickup games. I'm also 22 and played basketball everyday in college. It'd probably take me a little bit to get my shot back now but I'd be all for some pickup games. |

You should be able to get some pick-up games at the Yonsei Uni outdoor courts and at the outdoor court at Sogang Uni (near the tennis courts). Both places have some pretty decent players (have played against KBL players on occasion).
Also, at Sogang Uni there is usually an old guy named Ted who has a team in one of the public leagues. You guys would definitely be able to join that. |

When do these guys play? Are they out there on weekends? I might go out on Saturday and play if anyone is interested. Probably try to go around 1 or so. |

I haven't played in years but I'm a big Bball fan and looking to start playing again. I live in Mokdong but willing to go to center Seoul. |

gonna head to Sogang Uni tomorrow around 1:30 or so if anyone is interested. I'm gonna catch the UNC bball game beforehand then head down there. Here's my number if anyone plans on coming and needs to know where the courts are

I won't be in Seoul until late May but I'm definitely down for a weekly b-ball game. Let me know if you find a game and/or need another player. |

I'm definitely down for some good pickup games. Also, if you guys find anything out about any leagues, I would be interested in that as well. I've played a few times at Yonsei University. There are some pretty decent players out there. We should definitely try to organize something though. Maybe a league of our own, if we can generate enough interest. You know?! |

there was nothing going on at Sogang. If you just want to shoot around by yourself then Sogang is the place to go - better court and paint jobs and they actually have nets on the rims
Yonsei is the place to go if you want to play a game - last weekend it was packed so there was no problem finding a game |

I would definitely be interested in getting into something regular on the weekends for basketball. I've played at alot at pyeongchon park, right between pyeongchon and beomgye stations. They have a few courts there and you can play at night. If there is a league or something organized that would be even better. Weekends are best for me. |
