It's not in person, but you can also buy them directly off of Steam.

Buy them online, because most of the Korean stores here only carry Korean language versions of the games. Mad

Does Steam care that I'm in Korea? Because they wouldn't let me download the demo Sad.

Sure they're not bilingual? I bought the entire run of The Sims back in 2005 from a Lotte Mart. All discs had Korean and English.

I bought WC3 here a few years back, only way to get it back to english was to break the CD and send it to the manufacturer back home for a replacement Smile

Gmarket is great. Cheap too.
Otherwise, the basement at Yongsan, across the driveway from the big white building, or from the other side, across the street from the console pirates' arcade, has a good selection.

Hey, thanks for all your replies. I'll check out those places this weekend if I can't get Steam to work.

So on the page that shows Empire there is no "Buy this game" button. Is there a trick to buying games on Steam, I've never done it before. I'm pretty sure the game is unlocked for our region by now, might be wrong.

Unless you have a korean credit card and a korean steam account, how are you going about that? Steam complains as soon as your IP/steam account/payment method doesn't all match the regions properly.
