What would I have to do for a new e2 visa?

I completed a contract for a public school in February and Ive taken about two months for traveling around. My question is what will i need to get a new E2 visa? Will I have to go back to the USA and get all those documents again or what?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

From my vague understanding of the regulations, you will indeed require all documents again including a criminal check dated less than 6 months old.
