A buddy and I are thinking of holding a raffle. Anyone know if this is legal here? Do we need special permits or licenses? What if it was internet based with the site hosted out of Korea?

Great idea!!! No the Koreans dont care. If it's in English they will never know. Go for it. Maybe you can advertise it as a fund raiser for A.T.E.K.

Raffle? Raffle = Lottery = money = income = taxes = permit.....and some *beep* with his hand out.

Though I guess that's better than some hand with his....
