| A buddy and I are thinking of holding a raffle. Anyone know if this is legal here? Do we need special permits or licenses? What if it was internet based with the site hosted out of Korea? |

| Great idea!!! No the Koreans dont care. If it's in English they will never know. Go for it. Maybe you can advertise it as a fund raiser for A.T.E.K. |

Raffle? Raffle = Lottery = money = income = taxes = permit.....and some *beep* with his hand out.
Though I guess that's better than some hand with his.... |
