Today (I live in Bucheon) virtually any site that has sexual content is blocked by multiple ISPs. It's not just porn, it's sex ed, too.
Did something happen recently that I missed? |

| Your ISP probably implemented their child-safety protocol. It should be optional. Give them a call and ask them to disable it. I had to do that because I couldn't get on any torrent or video sites that had any kind of pr0n advertising. |
