This may have been discussed, if so point me in the right direction.
I'm wondering about a Doctor's clinic that possibly uses laser or skin graphs to cover tattoos/scars etc?
type either "tattoo" or "laser" and you would have found -
Dr. Chung Hae-shin at Chungdam Leejiham Skin Clinic (accross the street from California Fitness in Kangnam) (The doctor recieved her Phd from the states and the clinic is amazing). She also writes a weekly column for the Korea Herald about skin care and dermatology.
