Has anyone gotten recently an international debit card to use in a bank's ATM to transfer money? Both of my banks say no to getting one for foreigners. |

KEB - problem solved. And you'll most likely need internet banking to transfer money while abroad. Also not a problem at KEB. |

Definitely go with KEB. Sign up for web banking and get yourself a
Global debit/check card:

Are you saying you want an international atm card to send to someone in your home country to withdraw money and deposit it for you? If yes, then KEB. If you're saying you want to transfer money from an atm in Korea to your home bank, then KB can set you up with that, and you don't need a special card. |
