| My company says they aren't willing to give me a raise because they pay pension for me and not everyone else so I've been getting extra benefits. I thought pension was mandatory and to not pay is illegal?? |

You're right... pension is mandatory. However, a raise isn't. 
Tell your company they're cheap. |

Better yet, tell your company they can give you a raise�or else you'll report them to the NPS for not paying on their other employees.  |
