Hi all

We've all heard how ENglish leads to an open outlook and global orientation in speakers. It is the gateway to a global consciousness and open mindedness that Korea just cannot create without it. Well I wondered if anyone had any links of government or educational bodies saying this stuff. I have a couple, but would love if you had any more.

You know like "English is the key to thinking globally" or "Speaking English is fundamental to being a global citizen" etc.

I'm not being lazy, just that our local POEs produce some stuff, as do other agencies that aren't easy find-able via Google.
