I was just getting into my elevator, visibly burdened by a lot of heavy bags, and this middle school aged girl in uniform hurried into the elevator before me and tried to close the door on me. I walked in and she was frantically pressing the close button. There was a moment where I just gave her the stink eye, (her still holding the button, perhaps out of shock) and as the doors were closing a couple of Koreans came walking up to the elevator and she quickly switched her finger to the open door button to let them in. It was classic, like something right out of a movie. And she had this smirk the whole time.
You've gotta friggin' be kidding me, right? I am a young female, so it's not like she would be creeped out by me, the way a young girl might be creeped out by an old dude with shifty eyes.
I was so pissed I let her have it too and she knew exactly what I was saying. Unbelievable. I am not one to buy that Koreans hate us just because we are foreigners either, but this really makes me wonder. |

| I was hoping this story was going to end with a smack to the back of her head, but as usual - only a tongue lashing. Sigh |

If I was in your shoes, I would've been hard-pressed not to get on and "gently guide her" out of the elevator.
edit: I say "in your shoes" because I'm a guy and I'd be putting myself at risk by laying a finger on her. But still, that's really annoying behavior on her part. |

| Your high nose bridge alarmed her. It's cultural. |

| She just looked at me, a little bewildered, the smirk still on her face though. She probably has an FT too, the little brat. |

| If you have an elevator like mine, you could just press the button on her floor so it doesn't stop for her.... Then press all the button above it. |
