Anyone know how to get ring tones from the internet onto a prepaid phone?

My phone has internet on it but as a prepaid phone I am unable to use it. Is there another way?

Is it possible to do it through usb, if so, how?

Yes. BUT DETAILS What kind of phone? What kind of ring-tone, mp3, midi? How does the phone hook up to computer? Do you have any extra materials with the phone ie english manual, cd install disks, etc?
