How do those tickets home at the end of a contract work with public schools?

Do you buy it yourself?

Does the school reimburse you before you leave?

Can you get a flexible date ticket, or one that can be refunded, in case you need to change the date? Or in case you stay for another job?

It depends on where you work and who you work for. There are three ways:
1. Employer purchases paper/e-tickets ticket(s) for you.
2. You buy the ticket(s) and are reimbursed.
3. Government Transportation Request (GTR) procedure - you phone Korean Air or Asiana and tell them where and when you want to fly. When the request is 'OKed', the airline emails you the tickets.
