|
|
This is a column I have been reading recently on Chosun Ilbo, talking about "Korean Design"
They mentioned things that you can only find in Korea, so to speak, Korean design elite.
1, Chinese restaurant delivery box
2, Monami 153 ballpen
3, Stone bed
4, Korean wedding hall
5, Package of Shin ramen
6, Flowery electronical appliance
7, Korean barbeque garden
(to be continued)
Some designs are just plain at first sight, but they are really interesting once you think it over.
Is there anything like these comes to your mind? |

Electronical?
I've bought Shin Ramyun (any reason they use the Japanese spelling?) in Canada, though it likely came from Korea.
There are some Lespo bikes I'm pretty sure you can only get here. |

I think I saw them on Ramsey's Kitchen Nightmares making deliveries to local offices for lunch. |

Between internet shopping and H-Mart in the U.S., there's hardly anything here that I can't get in the states. Maybe soap on a stick? |

In a restaurant maybe, in a pub they would be pranked to death.
Those little soy soaked vacuum packed quails eggs I've never seen anywhere else. |
