Just wanted to to let anyone that was thinking about picking up these games a quick heads up.
Killzone says Korean on the box, but plays in English if your system menue is set for English.
RE5 says English or Japanese, so no worries it plays in English.
The over all cost of games in Korea has risen ~~;;
Killzone will cost about 59,000 and RE5 will cost 69,000 (damn the won)...
Both games are amazining. I wasn't really looking forward to Killzone 2, but I'll have to say its actually better looking the RE5. ITS probably the best looking PS3 game I've seen so far. So far its been playing good, and the fighting is intense. |

Out of curiosity, did you buy these games online or B&M?
I'm actually looking to pick up both of these, probably in the next week or so- whenever my PS3 arrives.
Feel free to pre-emptively add me on PSN: doubledave
Be sure to mention Korea or eslcafe in the note. I'm definitely looking forward to playing RE5 multiplayer. |

Your account sign-up has no impact on your ability to receive updates.
You can also have gamertags from many different countries on a single system. I use my American account to buy points to purchase Xbox Live arcade games. But I can play those games after I purchase them on either my Canadian or Korean gamertags.
But I must say it was pointless to sign up for a Korean gamertag. I did it so I could purchase membership using my Korean credit card, but it turns out I couldn't do it anyway since it does not accept my registration number as a foreigner. |

Thanks for the heads up.
Just some more info on prices.
Halowars was only 40,000 won, despite the poor exchange rate. Really cool console RTS, with online play making it worth it. |

Ive got both of these so by all means, add me for online action Im on GMT these days however so not sure how often that means times will coincide
SN: MrCucchi
Loved Killzone 2 but over way too fast well, besides the last boss which frustratingly doubles the lifetime of the game RE5, daaaaaaah too slow and sluggish playing through and absolutely hate the on-the-shoulder camera angle bit of a waste of money from my personal perspective |
