The interviewer asked me three questions. What a joke. |

1. Do you have any connections to any well-known Korean gangsters?
2. How many times have you seen Bigfoot-like creatures roaming the countryside?
3. Do you have a DUI? |

What are the odds that they would ask kentucker those questions?
Hmmm. I smell a conspiracy. |

Try other recruiters as Footprints monkey around too long. I found they were not as responsive nor as quick acting as other recruiters. Moving on to plan B or Z... |

footprints suck anyway. They think they are great of course but they are just the same as any other recruiting tricksters. |

How would 'Footprints' know to ask if you're been abducted by aliens? |

I think their first question is "Can you accurately describe the sound of a tornado hitting your trailer park?" |

Footprints, because of their lack of knowledge about the SMOE application process, cost me $100 dollars and a week of my life shipping documents and getting singatures. They don't have their sh%t together. |

Footprints - you probably rang them to ask if they have seen any yeti trails around! In all seriousness though - I hope you make it back here! |

I've heard these guys praised and critized time and again (including more than a few times by myself, lol)...
It all comes down to who you have working your file... The person I dealt with was fantastic... Called me in Toronto everytime something important happened, always got back to me in a matter of hours anytime I had a question, and generally worked his ass off to get my my SMOE position (and knew exactly what I needed, where to send them, and how long everything was going to take)...
My girlfriend, on the other hand, was bounced around by three different agents (the first two quit within a week of getting her file) and each person would tell her something else that she had to do before her file could be processed... When she finally started getting job offers they were for crapwons in the middle of nowhere (she specifically asked to be placed in Seoul)... She interviewed for a decent job, got it, but when she asked her agent to request a few minor changes he told her "You're in no position to be asking for changes to the contract, so you shouldn't bother".... Needless to say we got her hooked up with a different agency right quick... |
