Hi I'm a webcam newbie. There confession over.

I need to get a webcam and have zero idea what to look for and what models are best.

I need good video and more importnatly good audio quality. Would I have to buy a seperate mic or do most cams have an integrated mic?

Budget wise I guess up to 100,000 is ok, but less is best as I may need two (one for a laptop one for a desk top)
Any help would be great.
Cheers!

Webcams are cheap. Much less than 100,000.
I guess they all have intergrated mic.
I got a logitech quickcam. easy to install and use. very nice video and the audio quality much better than the headphones i used to use. You should be able to pick one up in any hi-mart or songsan, whatever. if you get a logictech, make sure you go to the logitech site and download the latest drivers cause the one that came with the cam had some issues.

Logitech cams are pretty good.

You shouldn't need to spend more than 30,000 to 40,000 on one. The microsoft camera my friend got was a disappointment. You can get one with an internal mic, but honestly, a cheap 10,000 won headset will sound much better because a mounted/external webcam-type mic will give you feedback/echo and bog the conversation a bit.
