Can anybody clarify what the benefits of maternity leave are in Korea?

I found some info on wiki (see Asian section) but I cant figure out what the Employment Board is here?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Parental_leave

It says: 1 year (400US$ per a month paid by Employment Insurance)until the child is 3 years old.
Advice?
Info?
Links?
Going for number 2 now and need extra $$$ (desperately).

I don't know what the labor board's requirements are. Are you a Korean? Are you married to a Korean? Are you single or married to a westerner?

In my GEPIK contract (E2) we get 90 calendar days for female maternity leave. The first 60 days are paid, the next 30 are unpaid. After that, I think you're fired. I'm not sure if that's the labor board's law, or just public schools.

I know that military officers (korean men or women) are allowed to take about 2 years off, at basic pay (if you're married to a korean who works for the military, and he/she will stay home w/ the baby.)

I've heard that Korean nationals who have kids get a big government rebate for each child, that goes up w/ the number of kids. (If you're married to a Korean, he/she should get some type of tax break for the 2nd kid) Again though, sorry, I can't source it exactly.
